We wanted to show you a picture of a junk car that we bought last night.  It was a 2007 Chevy HHR.  Most Chevy HHR's are not junk by an stretch of the imagination.  This particular Chevy though was wrecked.  The insurance totaled out this car, making it a junk car.  We pay cash for junk cars and we pay cash for wrecked cars. 

What will we do with a wrecked, junk car like this we are often asked.  The first thing that happens to this wrecked junk car is it gets examined by our experts and decided if it can be fixed and put back on the road.  This car was crashed to bad.  It will get parted out.  The good used parts of this wrecked car will be sold to help keep other HHR's on the road for many years to come.  Then the cores are removed (that would be radiator, starter, catalytic converter, alternator, aluminum rims and parts like this that can be rebuilt).  If the tires are good, they will be sold to a reputable used tire shop here in Indianapolis.  Then what ever is left of the junk car, will get crushed for scrap metal and recycled.  If you are curious what we pay for junk cars, give us a call and we can tell you what we will pay you for your junk car.
