Just like the title says, junk cars and no title?  We get that question all of the time.  Thanks goodness that the Indiana legislature figure out in 2013 that old junk cars that have been sitting around will just accumulate if there is not a legal and proper way to get rid of them.  The law now states that if the junk car is over 15 years old, we can buy it and tow it away if you sell or his agent sign an affidavit stating they have the right to sell the car and are selling it and allow us a copy of his government issued ID (drivers license).  We are one of the few junk car buyers in Indianapolis that will bother with the paperwork to buy your junk car without a title, but we will.  Just give us a call at (317) 454-3202 for a free estimate of what we will pay you to buy your junk car without a title.
