Indiana New Laws Make Selling Junk Car Without a Title a Lot Harder
Indianapolis, Indiana- Indiana in an effort to tighten up control of cars being sold without titles to and buy junk car buyers, scrap yards, junkyards, etc has tightened up the laws on junk car buyers buying cars without the title. What does this mean? Hopefully it will mean less stolen cars being scrapped, it is also designed for the State of Indiana to make some more income off of junk cars, but ultimately it will make it tougher to get rid of a junk car that you have lost the title to (for whatever reason).
